Overview
The details for this contest are pretty straightforward – Go out and take a photo that best captures the vibe/essence of Broadway Park Lofts and/or the surrounding downtown neighborhood. You don’t have to produce Ansel Adams material, but remember, this is a contest, so if you want to win the cash, make sure to put some creativity and effort into it!
Prize
$150 cash
How Do I Submit My Photo?
Your photo must be uploaded and shared on Instagram using our unique contest hashtag #bplphotocontest.
Step 1: Take your photo with your phone camera or any camera you prefer.
Step 2: Follow Clearwater Homes on Instagram ( @clearwaterhomes )
Step 3: Upload your photo to Instagram and tag it with #bplphotocontest. If you also want to add a description or title to your photo, go for it.

How Will the Winner Be Selected?
We will select the winner based on quality and creativity.
What About Editing My Photo?
You can edit your photo however you see fit using any program you want. If you don’t want to edit your photo at all or use any filters, that’s fine too.
Deadline
The deadline to submit your photo is Tuesday, August 12, 2014.
