In Meadow View phase 1 we featured four of our favorite house plans, The Cardiff, Tofino, Rincon, and Maverick. As we prepare to break ground in Phase 2, we are excited to introduce seven innovative floor plan designs. In total, we will have five ramblers and six two-story plans to offer. We truly have a floor plan that meets the needs of every buyer. Whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned vet looking to upgrade your lifestyle, we have a home for you.
In phase 2 we are making third garages standard across all floor plan designs, while still maintaining our many other desirable standard features. Some of our most favorited features that will be sticking around include 9′, 10′, and/or vaulted ceilings standard throughout, 8′ doors on the main level, luxury finishes, and large panoramic windows.
